Our mission is to provide a fair, balanced, and engaging experience for every summoner who enters the arena. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding in-game purchases and the circumstances under which a refund may be considered. 1. Digital Content and Instant Delivery All purchases made within Onmyoji Arena, including jade currency, skin bundles, summoning tokens, battle passes, or limited-time event packs, are considered non-physical digital items. Once a transaction is completed, the content is immediately delivered to the user’s account and often impacts competitive gameplay. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable by default. 2. Rare Exceptions to Refund Eligibility We understand that exceptional cases may occur. Refunds may be reviewed under the following specific and verifiable circumstances: Item Not Received: You were charged for a purchase, but the item was not delivered and cannot be restored through in-game support. Duplicate Purchase: The same product was purchased multiple times unintentionally due to lag or system error. Unauthorized Transaction: A payment was made without your consent and can be supported with proof of unauthorized use. Incorrect Billing: A technical issue caused the wrong amount to be charged or the wrong item to be delivered. All requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis with reference to internal logs and purchase data. 3. What to Include in a Refund Request To allow proper evaluation of your case, a refund request must include: Your in-game username or Player ID The name of the purchased item or package A full explanation of the issue Proof of payment (such as a receipt or transaction ID) Incomplete or unverifiable information may result in the request being declined. 4. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances: Regret or change of mind after purchase Unsatisfactory summon or draw outcomes Accidental purchases that were already used or redeemed Losses or setbacks in competitive gameplay Device incompatibility or connection problems on the user’s end Cosmetic dissatisfaction with skins or visual effects We advise all players to carefully read item descriptions and confirm their selection before completing a purchase. 5. Purchases via External Platforms If your transaction was completed through a third-party platform, such as a mobile app store, please contact that platform directly. Onmyoji Arena does not process or control refunds for purchases made outside the game’s internal systems. 6. Abuse of Refund Policy To maintain the integrity of the game and community, misuse of the refund process may result in serious consequences. This includes: False or exaggerated refund claims Repeated refund requests without merit Attempts to retain refunded items Actions taken may include: Removal of refunded items or currency Temporary or permanent account suspension Loss of access to special events or rankings Refunds are a courtesy reserved for genuine cases—not a tool to circumvent fair gameplay. 7. Final Determination Each refund request is reviewed independently by our support team. All decisions are based on in-game records, transaction logs, and system validation. Once a final decision has been made, it is considered binding and not subject to appeal.
